Far East Orchard underwent a strategic transformation and expanded into the complementary business of healthcare real estate in 2012. Today, it holds a portfolio of purpose-built medical suites for lease and for sale in Novena Medical Center and Novena Specialist Center, which are located in Singapore's premier Novena medical hub.

In 2016, Far East Orchard completed the development of SBF Center, a premier development with office and medical spaces set in a park-like environment within Singapore's Central Business District.
